Personal Training
Exercise is fundamental for wellness and prevention. I work one on one with clients to achieve sustainable and safe fitness goals. These goals include: weight loss, improved strength, cardiovascular efficiency, nutritional counseling, injury rehab, injury prevention, posture correction, and athletic enhancement. I have a partnership with BreakThrough Fitness that provides use of state of the art exercise equipment.
Exercise Training
I have 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. I use a combination of exercise machines, free weights, and floor work to build strength and improve motion. Elliptical trainers and stationary bikes are additionally used to promote cardiovascular health.
Functional Training
Functional Training is where we address the biomechanics more specifically. I customize exercise plans to address focused goals and needs, like core stability or proper shoulder motion. Commonly I help active golfers, tennis athletes, runners, and dancers.
